- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- Eligibility: Entrants are responsible for being legally able to enter sweepstakes in their country/state. Such as legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C. (or your country if not US) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.
- Promotion Period: Each giveaway period is disclosed on Discord where entries are accepted. Date & time is in GMT+1 unless otherwise specified.
- How to Enter: All entries are via our Discord: Gnejs Gaming ( https://discord.gg/Y3spukm ). Follow the instructions in the giveaway channel. Generally, you would play the specific Fortnite Island until the code you need to enter the giveaway is shown. Code is used in the aforementioned Discord.
- Winner Selection: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries at the end of each giveaway.
- Prize: Each posted giveaway prize is a specific game key for PC – Steam. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to replace the prize at their discretion, such as, but not limited to; issues with obtaining game key from supplier, or redemption issue for winner of said key. Sponsor will try to find one or multiple other game keys that the winner can receive instead.
- Winner Notification: Winner is publicly shown in the Gnejs Gaming Discord server, and is notified via Discord Direct Message by the Sponsor in order to safely transfer the prize. If the winner account is no longer is available on Discord then the win is void.
- Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the number of entries, one winner is drawn out of all entries.

- Privacy: Any personal information you provide will only be used to contact the winner.
