- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- Eligibility: Entrants are responsible for being legally able to enter sweepstakes in their country/state. Such as legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C. (or your country if not US) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.
- Promotion Period: Each giveaway end date is disclosed in the Apps where entries are accepted.
- How to Enter: All entries are via our Apps: simply press the Enter button to gain entry tickets tied to your Epic name. You can enter once every 24 hours.
- Winner Selection: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries at the end of each giveaway.
- Prize: Each posted giveaway has the prize listed as the vBucks value that can be received via the Fortnite Gifting system. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to replace the prize at their discretion.
- Winner Notification: Winner will receive a friend request from our gifting Epic account GnejsGamingYT in order to be eligible for the item shop gift. The winner has to select a prize to be gifted within 5 days of being eligible to be gifted items. If the winner account is no longer is available, or is unresponsive for more than 3 days, then the win is void and a new winner may be drawn from the same set of entries.
- Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the number of entries, one winning entry is drawn out of all entries.

- Privacy: Any personal information you provide will only be used to contact the winner. All Epic account names are deleted when the giveaway is included. No information is shared by any third party, nor used for any other purpose. With the exception that a half-censored version of the winners name may be shown as the winning entry for others to see, as well as in a winner reveal video of the gifting procedure.
